Refund Eligibility

 

We offer refunds for photographic products (including prints and calendars) within 15 days of delivery, provided that:

 

• The item is returned in its original condition

• The item has not been damaged after delivery

• Proof of purchase is provided

• Refunds are at the discretion of seller. 

 

 

Damaged or Defective Items

 

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

 

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery

• Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

 

We will offer :

 

• A replacement, or

• A credit for products

• A refund minus restocking fees

 

 

Non-Refundable Items

 

Refunds are not available for:

 

• Custom or personalized photographic products

• Digital downloads

• Items returned after 15 days

 

 

Refund Processing

 

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval and will be issued to the original payment method.
